Our QA program focuses on improving and maintaining optimal clinical and operational quality.

Through our top-notch physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, respiratory therapists and assistants, and registered nurses, One Call Rehab prides itself on our focus on clinical excellence and staff development

  • Education of Employees.
  • Facilitate flow of clinical systems and consistency between regulatory standards and our policy/procedures.
  • Review quality of the therapy given in accordance with evidence-based "best" practices.
  • Objectively audit clinical services and documentation, departmental compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify areas of rehab dept. success and deficiency, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide data/summary reports.

Our clinical specialists make regular on-site visits to conduct clinical practice assessments. They are available to provide staff mentoring and training, and can assist in areas of survey readiness and clinical programming and implementation.
